Chuck’s Discount Furniture’s top priority is customer service and we strive to provide the best pricing available. If you find a lower price (that includes the price plus shipping, handling, delivery and removal on an identical in-stock item from another local authorized Ashley, Jackson, or Catnapper dealer, simply contact our store and we will do everything possible to meet or beat that price. Price match excludes website based companies.
Be ready to provide the competitor’s details, including shipping, handling, sales tax, delivery and removal and proposed purchase date in writing.
We will only price match prior to purchase; once your order or in-stock purchase has been made, we will not match a lower price or offer any refunds or credits once an order or in-stock purchase has been made.
Our price match policy is not combinable with any other discounts, and does not extend to out-of-state or internet-based companies. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time.
